Donna Lynn is working to resurrect the showbiz career that came about as a result of her Playboy appearance decades ago. She was discovered by magazine staffers and friends while toiling as a waitress at a Hollywood supper club; about the same time, Mickey Rooney spotted her there and offered her a part in his film "The Private Lives of Adam and Eve." "I was in a Dean Martin picture, 'Who Was That Lady?,' and a couple of television shows, too," she reports from her home in "Hollywood South," the San Diego area. A couple of marriages, plus experience in businesses as varied as owning a bar and a cleaning service and working for a veterinarian, filled the intervening years. Recently she worked in the film "Mr. Wrong" and on a TV series, "One Waikiki West," and is hoping more acting opportunities come her way.
