Actress, Model. She was Playboy's Playmate of the Month for December 1994, and Playboy's Video Playmate of the Month for September 1996. Born in Miami, Florida, she was raised in Houston, Texas. She was a petite model, approximately 5 feet tall and weighed 90 pounds, with light brown hair and brown eyes. She was shy and quiet, and became a model for the opportunities to travel, often traveling between Miami, Los Angeles, and Hawaii, as a professional model. She did not smoke, and was considered a social drinker only. She was in three video movies, all made by Playboy, Enterprises, from 1996 to 1999, she was last featured in "Playmate Pajama Party" (1999). On the morning of February 7, 2002, she was discovered dead in the Beverly Hills mansion of her friend, Edward Nahem, in the guest bedroom, where she often stayed. The coroner determined that she died from an accidental massive overdose of heroin, methamphetamine, alprazolam and meperidine. The Staff of Playboy, including the founder of Playboy Enterprises, Hugh Hefner, did their best to hide the truth from the general public, but it eventually got out thanks to The Smoking Gun. She had apparently been speedballing heroin and meth, which surprised her many friends, as she was not known to have been active in the drug scene. There was no sign of force and no presence of illegal drugs were ever found, no doubt because the place had been swept clean of anything which would incriminate Mr. Nahem or any of his guests. The body of Elisa Bridges was cremated and her ashes were given over to her family.
